1. Active Email Address
Every student must have an active email account to use the platform. Your email is essential for:
- Creating your student account
- Receiving your 8-digit access PIN
- Logging into your dashboard
- Recovering passwords
- Getting important updates
You can use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or any other reliable provider. If you don’t have one yet, create one now before signing up.
2. Monthly Membership
To begin using Smart AITutor, students must purchase a Monthly Membership.

- 🔄 Renewable: Every month
This membership gives you full access to the Smart AITutor platform, including 24/7 academic support. Once payment is successful, you will receive your 8-digit PIN by email.

3. 8-Digit Access PIN
After purchasing your membership, you’ll receive an 8-digit PIN in your email that looks like this:
Example: 90007000
This PIN is your access key to the Smart AITutor platform.
Every time you log in, you will be required to enter this PIN. Make sure to save it and do not share it with anyone. If your PIN is entered incorrectly, access will be denied until verified.
🔁 PIN Verification Process
Once you enter your 8-digit PIN, the AITutor will verify your account status. This process usually takes between 10 minutes and 1 hour, and depending on the queue or your time of membership such as during sleeping hours, it could take longer. Just keep checking your inbox and junk folder.
If your PIN doesn’t work immediately, don’t worry. Just give it a little more time and try again later.

How to Start a Study Session
Your learning experience begins with what you tell the AITutor. Just write what you want to study or what you’re struggling with. There is no hard and fast rule.
Examples:
- “I want to learn about pronouns in English.”
- “Explain electrolysis in simple terms.”
- “Help me revise for my math exam and be specific.”
- “Teach me like a stage 6 physics teacher.”
- “Solve this example and help me understand it better.”
- “Someone could just say, teach me English language” and the AITutor will guide you from there.
You can also upload materials like:
- Class notes
- Homework
- Articles or textbook pages
Tell the AITutor what you want done with it:
- “Summarize this.”
- “Use this to teach me.”
- “Help me solve this assignment.”
Smart AITutor adjusts to your style—whether you’re in elementary or university. You’re in control of your learning, its personal and interactive.
Taking Study Notes (Optional but Recommended)
While studying, you may take personal notes to help you revise later. Use:
- Google Docs
- A notebook
- Note-taking apps (Evernote, Notion, Keep, etc.)
It’s entirely up to you. Some students prefer full interaction with the tutor, while others combine it with note-taking.
Refreshing a Study Session
At the end of a study, you have two options:
- Refresh your session – to start a new topic next time.
- Continue from where you left off – if you’re still learning the same subject.
Use the refresh tab on the interface when you’re ready for an entirely new study.
Renewing Your Membership
Your membership lasts for 30 days, after which you must renew to maintain access.

- Choose “Renew Membership”
- Make payment and receive your new 8-digit PIN
Every renewal requires PIN verification to ensure only active users get full access. Save each PIN you receive.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Each student account is linked to a unique 8-digit PIN. This keeps the learning platform safe, fair, and personalized.
Important Rules:
- ❌ Do not share your PIN with anyone
- 🚫 Do not use another student’s PIN
If suspicious activity is detected, your access may be permanently revoked.
Keep your PIN private, and if you suspect someone has used yours without permission, email info@anystudents.com immediately.
